Teams withdrawing from a tournament must do so by 8:00 AM MONDAY before the tournament to be considered for any refund. All dropping after this time will be responsible for the amount of the tournament minus gate fee.
Special requests must be made 7 DAYS before tournament start date in order to be considered. Special requests are honored in the order they are received. Any requests after your initial time request confirmation will be the new date of your request in regards to what order we fulfill them.
